Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and contact details: email, phone number, address.
• Business details: LLC name, state, business address, purpose, registered agent.
• Member and manager details: names and addresses of the people in the LLC.
• Your SSN or ITIN, only for your EIN: collected through a secure form after checkout, never by text or email.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and file your formation documents with the state.
• To apply for your EIN with the IRS.
• To contact you about your order and send your documents.

Who we share it with

Only with:

• The state agency where your LLC is filed. (Note: many states make formation filings public records.)
• The IRS, for your EIN.
• Stripe, to process your payment.
• Service providers who help us run HourLLC (such as email and hosting), only as needed to provide the service.

We never sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising.

Your SSN

• Used only to apply for your EIN.
• Deleted after your EIN is issued.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum: the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider may use cookies needed for security and to process payments.

Keeping it safe

We use secure, encrypted connections and limit who can access your information.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: email support@hourllc.com.
• We may need to keep some records (like order and payment records) where the law requires it. Documents already filed with the state are public records and can't be deleted by us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
