Refund Policy
The short version: change your mind before we file and you get every dollar back. Once the state has your filing, the fees are spent, unless we made the mistake.
Before we file
- Full 100% refund. Service fee, state fees, everything.
After we file
- The $99 service fee is not refundable. The work is done.
- State fees are not refundable. The state keeps its fee once your filing is submitted, even if you change your mind.
If the state rejects it because of our mistake
- We fix it and refile for free, or we refund the $99. Your choice.
- If the rejection is because of information you gave us (for example, a name the state won't accept), we'll help you fix it, but fees aren't refunded.
Printed kit ($39)
- Refundable until it ships.
How to cancel or request a refund
